I have always had great work done to include multiple crowns and fillings and the work has never failed me. Bronson Sherlock1 October 2026This is by far the best dental office I’ve ever been to. From the front desk, to the assistants, doctors, and billing staff, everyone has been amazing. They’re incredibly accommodating, and I genuinely believe they want what’s best for you. They always go above and beyond to help, especially when you need alternatives or different options for treatment. I’m also pretty afraid of needles (mostly the pain 😅), and they are SO good with them. It’s literally barely a pinch, which has made going to the dentist so much easier for me. If you need a good amount of dental work done and you’re overwhelmed or just unsure where to start, I’d highly recommend VIP Smiles. They’ve made the whole process so much less stressful. Kami is always so patient and gives great info when reviewing the financial side of things. My kids are happy and comfortable going here for cleanings and dental work, including my youngest, who was anxious about the dentist after negative experiences with our old dentist (we lived elsewhere for a few years). Wayne Burbank28 May 2026First time visit but very friendly staff, exceptional teeth cleaning lady and densit actually listened, seemed concerned, said you're welcome a lot, and actually tried to help! All in all, it was a great experience, and I intend to keep returning for more! :) ... plus they have this centipede game in the lobby that I haven't played for many many many years! Way to go! It's the little things that add up to big things! Thank you! Update: I have been experiencing quite a bit of pain on the left side of my mouth for about 4 years and my past dentist could never figure out why. They would make adjustments by grinding away at things, changing old fillings and such, do bite down paper thing, which hurt, and then tell me to wait 6 months to see if it got any better... which it never did. This dentist actually found a cracked tooth, installed a nice new cap and fixed the problem!!!! I've been able to actually use that side of my mouth again!!! Pain free!!! I didn't realize how much I missed being able to taste food on that side of my mouth until I could actually use it again!!! I have enjoyed not being in pain on that side of my mouth again! Thank you! They understood that I was very anxious and they put me at ease, especially the assistant helping the dentist. She was the most kindest soul. I wish I remembered her name to give her a shout out! I've been going to them for over a year and a half now and they are such a breath of fresh air after the last dentist I went to. VIP Smiles has a pleasant atmosphere and very kind assistants. Both of the Dr's are personable, fun to chat with for a few minutes, and seem very good at what they do. What I like most about this office is that they're honest and fair. They're not like dentists I've been to in the past that are like dishonest mechanics telling me I need all this work done when I really don't and assuring me that my insurance will cover large portions of it when the insurance doesn't. I'm always comfortable at VIP Smiles knowing they're going to do a great job and not going to charge me an arm and a leg. Also, just a side note- they're very fast and attentive. I'm usually in and out and I don't do a lot of waiting around. I absolutely 100% recommend VIP Smiles! I'll never go anywhere else as long as they're in business!Posted on Google

Between him, my other Doctors, and our own knowledge of prevention, we handled it with flying colors and there was no indication of seizure and major migraine was averted!!! Baylee was amazing with the cleaning process and helping with the filling process in my second visit. Caylee was so kind and gentle during my first visit and making sure I knew what was going on. Kayela was very good with the numbing process. Dr. Shad is without a doubt the best dentist i’ve had. He is very gentle and always made sure I was comfortable. The dentist was also incredible. He made sure I knew all of my options and was very quick to get me out of pain as fast as he possibly could. Cody F24 December 2022Amazing! I can’t thank VIP SMILES ENOUGH. My son called my at work in tears with a horrible toothache and it was was wisdom tooth that was hurting him. To top it off it was the afternoon of Dec 23. I thought there is no way we’re going to get in anywhere and even the slight chance we can get it, nobody will be able to do much. Well, after a few no answers or being told NOPE and basically hung up on. We called VIPsmiles. They told us to come in and they’d see what they can do. Within an hour of arriving my son was getting prepped for extraction. Mr Ingram Sr. Was gracious enough to leave whatever he was doing at home to come take care of my boy. Of course my son was nervous with it being a wisdom tooth and the stories he’s heard. Mr Ingram had the tooth out within minutes. My son didn’t even know he started working on it yet. Afterwords he told me how easy it was and he was worried for nothing. He didn’t feel a thing and asked if he can get his other 3 wisdom teeth taken out at VIP. (My answer was, yes absolutely). The friendly and personable dentist and son of Mr Ingram Sr was the one who first assessed his tooth and told us our options. The entire experience was beyond my expectations, specially on such a short notice. The staff was friendly and caring even though I wouldn’t have blamed them if they were annoyed for keeping them after closing before Christmas holiday. I didn’t feel rushed for one second. I’ve had not so pleasant experiences with dentists in the recent past but VIPSmiles staff changed all that. I’m definitely switching myself and my family.
